They yearn for each other
As the waves yearn for shore
Their hearts beat as one
Love’s lighthouse guiding them more
Across the vast sea of life
Their souls forever will roam
But they know they’ll be alright
Together they’ve found their home
With each breath they take
Their love grows stronger still
A bond that won’t break
Their destiny they fulfill
For they are two halves of a whole
The sun and the moon, light and dark
In each other’s arms they unfold
Love’s eternal spark
So as they yearn for each other
They know they’ll never be alone
Together they’ll face life’s wonder
And forever they’ll be known.
